ARKTIK Family Pacer

Private planning profiles that give families clarity, language, and a 90-day plan.

Most parents don’t need another test score.
They need a clear picture of where their child stands, the right words for the next meeting, and a concrete plan.

The ARKTIK Family Pacer is a founder-led, private assessment and planning service that helps families:

  • Understand their child’s current situation,

  • Name strengths and real risks in plain language, and

  • Build a 90-day plan for school, home, and the systems around them.

Not a test. Not a diagnosis.
A documented, parent-owned plan.

What ARKTIK Family Pacer Is

The Family Pacer is a parent-initiated, private planning profile, not a state exam.

Each assessment:

  • Synthesizes:

    • Parent intake,

    • Student self-report, and

    • Available school data (report cards, test snapshots, IEP/504 summaries where appropriate).

  • Looks at the whole child:

    • Learning progress and gaps,

    • Routines and stability,

    • Interests, temperament, and working style.

  • Returns a 90-day and 1–2 year plan you can carry into:

    • School meetings,

    • Court or program check-ins,

    • Counseling, mentoring, or ministry conversations.

Our role is simple: we help families plan.

What It Is Not

To protect you and us, we are explicit:

ARKTIK Family Pacer is NOT:

  • Not a medical or psychological diagnosis.

  • Not a replacement for state tests or district assessments.

  • Not a “national exam” or college admissions test.

  • Not a tool for tracking or excluding children.

ARKTIK Family Pacer IS:

  • A private, parent-owned snapshot and planning profile.

  • A structured way to turn chaos into a 90-day plan.

  • A bridge between what you see at home and what schools, courts, and agencies need to see on paper.

Who It’s For

We built this for families who are tired of piecing everything together alone.

Typical situations:

  • A child is falling behind or bored and unchallenged, and you’re not getting clear answers.

  • You are caught between school, court, CPS, or shelters, and you need a single, coherent plan.

  • You are homeschooling or in a microschool and want standards-aligned documentation without handing your life to a testing company.

  • You are a relative or foster caregiver who inherited a complex school record and need a starting point.

If you’ve ever said, “I just wish someone would sit down, look at our real life, and help us map this out,” the Family Pacer was built for you.

Guardrails (Civic Dignity & Safety)

The Family Pacer is built under ARKTIK’s governance and Civic Dignity Standard.

We commit to:

  • No diagnoses.
We do not label your child. When patterns suggest you might want clinical input, we give you questions to take to licensed professionals.

  • Advisory, not high-stakes.
    We frame our findings as:

    • “current snapshot,”

    • “indicators,”

    • “options to explore,”
      not final judgments.

  • Data protection.

    • US data residency for digital storage.

    • Direct parental consent for every child.

    • Clear explanations of what we collect, how long we keep it, and how to request deletion.

  • Dignity and anti-bias.

    • We never treat race, income, or family structure as a risk factor by itself.

    • Career and pathway suggestions are broad and open-ended: “you might enjoy exploring…,” not “you are only suited for…”

  • No fake claims.

    • We do not call this a “national exam” or claim university recognition.

    • We call it what it is: a private family assessment and planning service.

For Courts, Schools, and Programs

The Family Pacer is built under ARKTIK’s governance and Civic Dignity Standard.

If you are a judge, magistrate, school or district leader, shelter director, or program coordinator and you want to run Family Pacer as a 20–50 family pilot, we support structured cohorts with anonymized pattern reporting and implementation guidance.

FAQ

  • No. We use existing test data and classroom information where possible, and translate that into a plan. We do not replace or override state or district assessments.

  • By default, no. We build a parent-owned plan and give you scripts and documents you can use. If direct contact is needed, we scope that separately.

  • No. We are not a diagnostic service. If we see patterns that might merit clinical attention, we give you questions to discuss with licensed professionals.

  • We design Pacer as a resource, not a weapon. Any required use would have to be carefully scoped with clear guardrails and always framed as supportive, not punitive.
