Where data lives, what we collect, and what we refuse to store.
US data residency for our core systems (Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, Teams).
Education-focused data only: schedules, progress, non-PII case context at a high level.
No PHI and no clinical treatment records stored in ARKTIK systems.
No resale of data, no ad-tech integrations, no data-broker relationships.

3. AI & Human Review
AI assists. Humans are accountable. Always.
AI is used to draft, never to decide: lesson content, reports, and planning artifacts are all human-reviewed before release.
No raw AI output is sent directly to families, courts, or agencies without staff review.
ARKTIK does not use AI to diagnose, recommend legal outcomes, or make placement decisions.
Internal models are used to increase speed and consistency, while maintaining human judgment and professional accountability.

We are an education partner, not a law firm, clinic, or party to the case.
We do not publicly name institutional partners without written permission.
Reports and summaries are written to be neutral, fact-based, and non-PII, suitable for court files and internal systems.
NDAs and confidentiality clauses are used where appropriate; informal “leaks” and name-dropping are not part of our culture.
