Civic Dignity Standard
We treat every learner and family with civic dignity, regardless of legal status, political views, family structure, income, or faith background. We do not shame, coerce, or weaponize education. Our materials are written so that any child or parent can understand what is being asked of them and why it matters for their future.
Faith-Informed, Opt-In
ARKTIK is faith-informed and Abrahamic-aware, but not confessional or coercive.
Core academics and stability tools are always secularly intelligible and usable by any partner.
Explicit faith content is clearly labeled and located in opt-in modules, inserts, or sessions.
Families and partners choose when and how to use faith-forward materials. Our default is service, not persuasion.
Nonpartisan Commitment
ARKTIK does not endorse or oppose any political parties, candidates, or ballot initiatives. We work in red and blue states, rural and urban contexts, and we apply the same standards of dignity, family stability, and lawful participation in every jurisdiction.
Staff and partners are expected to keep partisan activity separate from ARKTIK programming and branding.
Legal, Clinical, and Financial Boundaries
To protect families and systems, we hold strict scope boundaries:
Not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or strategy. Our content is educational and procedural in nature. We routinely encourage learners to consult licensed attorneys for case-specific guidance.
Not a clinic. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage mental-health or medical conditions. We refer families to crisis lines, clinicians, or agencies as needed.
Not a financial advisor. We do not recommend specific investments, financial products, or debt strategies. Any references to digital assets or DeFi are neutral literacy only.
What we do provide: curriculum, skills training, planning tools, and structured reflection that can sit alongside attorneys, clinicians, caseworkers, and advisors.
Data & Privacy
We operate inside a dedicated Microsoft 365 EDU tenant with SSO and multi-factor authentication.
Sensitive materials are never shared via “anyone with the link.”
We collect the minimum necessary personal data, treat any student information in line with FERPA expectations, and avoid storing PHI.
For pilots and partnerships, we prefer aggregate outcomes and de-identified reporting unless a contract requires otherwise.
