90-Day ARKTIK Plan for Families & Microschools

Serious structure for complex lives.
One 90-day cycle to stabilize learning, routines, and documentation for your household or microschool.

At ARKTIK, a 90-day plan is not a motivational slogan. It is a documented, standards-aligned operating plan for your student and your home learning environment, built to hold under pressure.

We design around real constraints: neurodivergence, health issues, housing instability, court involvement, or simply a gifted student who is bored and drifting. The goal is simple:

In 90 days, your student and your household should be more stable, more documented, and more ready for what comes next.

Start Your 90-Day Plan

When you submit the intake form, three things happen:

  1. You receive a confirmation email with a copy of your responses for your records.

  2. Within 1 business day, ARKTIK will send you a link to schedule your 30-minute 90-Day Plan consultation on Microsoft Teams.

  3. On that call, we’ll review your situation, confirm whether ARKTIK is a fit, and recommend the right 90-day tier and starting module for your student.

No payment is required to complete the intake or to book the consultation. You only enroll if we both agree it’s a fit.

Who This Is For

This track is for families and microschools that are taking real responsibility for a young person’s learning and life, and need more than generic curriculum.

Typical situations:

  • Homeschool & microschool households

    • You want rigorous, standards-aligned work but need it to fit a nontraditional schedule.

  • Neurodivergent & health-affected learners

    • ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, chronic illness, fatigue, or medical treatment that interrupts school.

  • Housing and life disruption

    • Shared housing, hotel or shelter stays, doubled-up arrangements, or frequent moves.

  • Court- or agency-involved students

    • Truancy, diversion, DFPS/CPS, or other oversight where documentation and clear plans matter.

  • Gifted and independent learners

    • Students who work ahead, self-study, or need a higher bar than their current setting provides.

If you can say, “We are trying to move forward, but the system we’re in is not built for us,” this track is for you.

Rapid Custom Content When the Clock Is Ticking

Many families and microschools come to ARKTIK with a deadline already on the calendar—a truancy hearing, an IEP/504 meeting, a placement review, or a court date.

The 90-Day ARKTIK Plan can include rapid custom content so you are not walking into those rooms empty-handed:

  • Within 1 hour of purchase
We can deliver a custom, standards-aligned lesson that matches your student’s level and your immediate need. That gives you a clean work sample and a concrete starting point.

  • Within 72 hours of purchase
We can deliver a tailored mini-module (5–10 lessons) aligned to your 90-day goals and the documentation you need to show effort and structure.

  • Within 1–2 weeks of the final consultation
We can deliver a full customized course for a core subject or elective that becomes the backbone of your 90-day plan.

This speed does not replace the plan; it supports it. Your 90-Day ARKTIK Plan still includes:

  • A written structure for routines and expectations,

  • Weekly targets across subjects, and

  • Documentation you can hand to schools, courts, or agencies.

Custom lessons, modules, and courses simply ensure that when the system looks at your household, it sees serious, standards-aligned work—not guesswork.

Turnaround times apply to scoped projects using ARKTIK’s existing frameworks and are calculated from payment (for lessons/modules) or from the final scoping consult (for full courses), during normal business hours.

What Happens in 90 Days

We break the 90-day plan into three phases. All work happens online using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, SharePoint, Forms) with the option to print materials as needed.

Phase 1 – Intake & Design (Weeks 0–2)

  • Deep-dive intake with parent/guardian (and student when appropriate).

  • Review of:

    • Current school status and transcripts where available.

    • Diagnoses and accommodations as you choose to share them (no PHI required).

    • Housing, schedule, and technology constraints.

  • We confirm:

    • Core subjects for the cycle (ELA, Math, Science; others as appropriate).

    • One elective (languages, Film/Photography, Biblical Studies, RUST, or other available offerings).

  • Delivery:

    • A written 90-Day ARKTIK Plan for your student/household, including:

      • Weekly learning targets in plain language.

      • A realistic weekly schedule.

      • Documentation and communication priorities (school, court, agency, or church as needed).

Phase 2 – Execution & Coaching (Weeks 3–8)

  • Regular live sessions (Teams) according to your tier:

    • Progress checks, troubleshooting, and adjustments.

  • Asynchronous support within agreed boundaries (email/Teams messages).

  • Lesson delivery through:

    • Word-based student workbooks (one per lesson).

    • Clear teacher/mentor notes and optional neuro-enhanced variants.

    • Simple quizzes and checks for understanding (Forms, Kahoot).

Phase 3 – Consolidation & Reporting (Weeks 9–12)

  • Final adjustments and planning for what comes after the 90 days.

  • Formal documentation package, which may include:

    • Attendance/log summaries.

    • Skill and standards coverage.

    • Samples of student work.

    • Narrative summary for parents, schools, or agencies.

  • Clear recommendation for:

    • Next modules and courses.

    • Whether to continue with another ARKTIK 90-day cycle or transition back to another setting.

Who Actually Leads Your 90-Day Plan

Right now, ARKTIK is in a founding phase.

  • Your 90-day plan is designed and overseen directly by the curriculum architect and founder of ARKTIK Education.

  • Live sessions are run by ARKTIK leadership and a small group of experienced, background-checked coaches who work inside our Microsoft 365 EDU environment.

As we scale, our standard will be:

All 1:1 academic coaching and small-group instruction is delivered by TEA-certified (or equivalent state-certified) educators, or by faculty with clearly documented credentials at that level or higher.

We are already aligning content to TEKS, CCSS, NGSS and state civics so that when TEA- and other state-certified educators come onboard, they can step directly into a system that matches their standards training.

Because we are in this early window before a full roster of TEA and other state-certified educators is in place, we are offering reduced founding rates for families who join now. These rates will increase when certified staff are delivering the bulk of 1:1 instruction.

Three Levels of Support (Founding Rates)

All tiers use the same standards-aligned curriculum spine and Civic Dignity Standard. The difference is how much live support and customization your household receives.

1. Core 90-Day Plan

Structure for stable but stretched households.

  • Intake + written 90-day plan.

  • Core subject coverage (ELA + Math + Science) with one elective.

  • Word workbooks for each lesson.

  • Bi-weekly check-ins (Teams) with an ARKTIK coach.

  • End-of-cycle summary letter.

Best for:
Homeschool/microschool families that can execute day-to-day but need a serious plan and periodic expert oversight.

Founding Rate:
From
$1,500 per household per 90-day cycle
(installment options available)

2. Neuro-Enhanced 90-Day Plan

Built explicitly for neurodivergent and health-affected learners.

Everything in Core, plus:

  • Neuro-enhanced workbook variants:

    • Larger fonts, more white space, reduced load per page.

    • Visual icons for “read / write / speak / move.”

  • Additional scaffolds for:

    • Executive function (checklists, routines, visual schedules).

    • Processing (chunked instructions, simplified text options).

  • Extra live sessions focused on:

    • Adapting the plan around fatigue, appointments, or flare-ups.

  • A brief “accommodations alignment” note you can use to talk with schools or service providers.

Best for:
Households managing Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, anxiety, chronic illness, or similar realities on top of academics.

Founding Rate:
From
$2,250 per household per 90-day cycle
(installment options available)

3. Concierge 90-Day Plan

Full orchestration for high-risk or high-aspiration situations.

Everything in Neuro-Enhanced, plus:

  • Weekly live sessions with parent/guardian and student as appropriate.

  • Direct coordination (with your permission) with:

    • Schools and districts.

    • Attorneys or caseworkers.

    • Therapists or clergy (for schedule and documentation alignment only).

  • High-detail reporting at intervals you choose (for court, agency, or scholarship files).

  • Priority response time for urgent issues during the cycle.

Best for:
Court- or agency-involved youth, high-stakes academic transitions (e.g., back to school, GED/HiSET preparation), or families who need a single point of coordination to keep everything moving.

Founding Rate:
From
$3,500 per household per 90-day cycle
(installment options available)

Note on future pricing:
As we bring TEA-certified and other state-certified educators onboard to deliver 1:1 and small-group instruction, these founding rates will step up to reflect that expanded faculty base. Families enrolling now lock in these lower rates for their initial cycle.
