Rescheduling / Cancellation
Rescheduling/cancellation rules are displayed at booking and may vary by service type. ARKTIK may adjust availability and booking rules at any time.
9) Sanitized Content Rules (Non-Negotiable)

VINs, license plates, or full customer identity data
Account passwords, authentication codes, or credential data
Highly sensitive personal data unless explicitly required and securely requested
Any content you do not have rights to share
ARKTIK may refuse, pause, or terminate a session if content rules are violated.

A certificate of completion may be issued if completion criteria are met.
11) Refund Policy (Short-Course Exemption Posture)
Where applicable, ARKTIK provides course facts sheets and refund policies consistent with Texas short-course exemption posture.
