The Assembly: A Community of Standards, Reconciliation, and Renewal

Not All Are Called—But All Are Invited to Account

At ARKTIK, our mission is rooted in truth, transparency, and transformation. The Assembly is not simply an open forum—it's a community of individuals and families who share a commitment to personal growth, accountability, and reconciliation.

Our Standards: Reconciliation with Responsibility

We serve in the reconciliation domain, but we do not believe in “forgive and forget” as an empty gesture. Instead, we are guided by the enduring wisdom of Yom Kippur—a day never abolished, but made even more meaningful through the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth.

We believe:

  • True reconciliation requires honest reflection, confession, and the courage to make things right.

  • Mindfulness matters: Every action, every word, and every relationship is an opportunity to practice care, humility, and respect.

  • Annual Accounting: Like the turning of the year, we invite every member to take stock—of their own actions, areas of friction, and opportunities for renewal.

Our standards are clear:
ARKTIK and The Assembly are for those willing to do the work—of self-examination, honest amends, and striving for better.

Sacred Times of Connection

The Assembly recognizes and traditionally celebrates Yom Kippur, Rosh Hashanah, the High Holidays, Passover, and the Sabbath as universal days of connection and focus for all of Abraham’s children.
These sacred times are opportunities for reflection, unity, and renewal—reminding us of our shared heritage and our responsibility to each other and the world.

The Assembly Experience

  • Guided by Faith: We honor the spirit of Yom Kippur and the teachings of Jesus, calling for true repentance and joyful renewal each year.

  • Community of Growth: Members are expected to uphold our values, support one another, and contribute to a culture of transparency and healing.

  • Annual Days of Account: Together, we set aside time to reflect on the past, address unresolved conflicts, and prepare our hearts and bonds for the new year.

  • Shared Sacred Moments: We gather for and honor the major biblical feasts and sabbath, creating space for rest, gratitude, and reconnection with purpose and each other.

What You’ll Find in The Assembly

  • Real Conversations: Not every voice is welcomed unconditionally. We seek those who strive for truth, humility, and constructive engagement.

  • Opportunities for Renewal: Workshops, gatherings, and resources for practicing reconciliation—within families, communities, and ourselves.

  • A Launchpad for Transformation: The Assembly is the entry point to ARKTIK’s programs, but membership is a commitment to our shared path and standards.
