PARENT SUPPORT · SCOPED PILOT

Clearer questions.
Better organized evidence.

Parent Advocacy and Educational Outcomes helps you prepare for an ARD, understand documented supports and organize progress questions—with practical next steps you can use.

A request is free. It is not a confirmed appointment or paid engagement. We confirm scope, availability, price and dates before accepting work.

Five ways we can help

The pilot is a service pathway, not a package containing every service. Existing offers remain available; additional reviews are quoted separately.

ARD preparation

ARD Ready — $125

A parent priority brief, up to eight meeting questions and an action checklist.

Proposed pilot limits: One current IEP or draft, one evaluation summary and up to 25 relevant pages; one 45-minute parent preparation session; one revision.

No meeting attendance, evaluation interpretation beyond educational documentation, legal advice or determination of eligibility. Your accepted order controls the exact scope.

Implementation review

Pilot scope and price confirmed in writing

A support-by-support comparison of the written plan, available delivery evidence, parent reports and questions to verify.

Proposed pilot limits: One current support schedule, up to 25 relevant pages and four weeks of parent observations; one 45-minute review and one factual correction.

No compliance certification, investigator role, school audit or finding that missing evidence proves non-delivery. Your accepted order controls the exact scope.

Progress analysis

Pilot scope and price confirmed in writing

A goal progress sheet with compatible units, evidence limitations and questions for the school team.

Proposed pilot limits: Up to three measurable IEP goals, a baseline and up to three dated observations per goal; one 45-minute review and one factual correction.

Not a clinical assessment, standardized test, diagnosis, promise of improvement or substitute for school progress reporting. Your accepted order controls the exact scope.

Home reinforcement

Continuity Session — $125; confirm the selected scope

Parent instructions, a locally kept practice log, prompts and an agreed skill demonstration.

Proposed pilot limits: One skill connected to an existing goal; one 45-minute parent planning session; a five-session, 10–15 minute practice sequence and one review.

Complementary parent-led practice only; no replacement of special education, therapy or the school's IEP responsibilities. Your accepted order controls the exact scope.

Parent education

Workshop interest only; date and any fee not yet confirmed

The public workbook, a worked fictional example and a personal next-action checklist.

Proposed pilot limits: A proposed 45-minute adult workshop: 10 minutes on records, 15 on meeting questions, 10 on goal data and 10 for general questions.

No individual case advice in a group, sensitive records in chat, compulsory public disclosure or guaranteed school decision. Your accepted order controls the exact scope.

How your support works

  1. Request a free adult fit review. Keep child details and records off the public form.
  2. Choose one practical priority. We check authority, capacity, record volume and relevant timing.
  3. Review a written plan identifying your lead, deliverables, limits, cost, dates and secure record route.
  4. After acceptance, review the evidence, practice the parent task and leave with a documented next action.

Through MAP and Operational Mastery, we model a useful task, practice it and check that you can use it independently. Confidence follows competence; we do not promise a school decision or student improvement.

Boundaries that protect your family

This is educational parent support—not legal representation, clinical diagnosis, a formal school evaluation or replacement of school-provided special education. School records, parent observations and unknowns are labeled separately. Missing records alone do not prove a violation.

Texas-focused ARD education draws on official guidance; other jurisdictions require a scope review. For disputes, legal deadlines or urgent clinical concerns, seek the appropriate qualified professional. Workshop interest does not confirm a date, fee or place.

No student records upload is offered here. Wait for verified, restricted intake instructions. Participation in any faith or community activity is voluntary and not a condition of education support.
