The ARKTIK LHEA-HEAL Rapid Response Corps (RRC)

Mission: To mobilize trained volunteers for agriculture emergencies, biosecurity events, and food system disruptions, providing technical, educational, and relief support in coordination with USDA and state authorities.

The Red Cross of Agricultural Resilience

The LHEA-HEAL Rapid Response Corps (RRC) is a deployable, faith-aligned volunteer unit designed to restore food production, distribution, and education continuity within 72 hours of an emergency. We serve as a force multiplier for official agencies, bridging the gap between disaster and recovery.

Our corps is founded on the principles of service, stewardship, and expertise. We believe that in times of crisis, the most effective response is one that is both compassionate and highly competent.

Core Capabilities

Our corps members are trained and credentialed through the ARKTIK Education Method™ to provide critical, on-the-ground support.

1. Ag Emergency Response

Assisting state and federal partners in containment, crop rescue, and the restoration of controlled-environment agriculture systems.

2. Community Food Resilience

Operating mobile farm units and temporary markets to reestablish local food access for affected communities.

3. Education Continuity

Deploying ARKTIK micro-curriculum kits to maintain agricultural learning and youth engagement during school or community disruptions.

4. Data & Reporting

Logging all field operations via a secure, auditable system to ensure compliance and provide clear, actionable data to lead agencies
