TRANSPARENT ORDER AND FULFILLMENT PROCESS

What happens after you select a curriculum package?

Our objective is a simple, adult-controlled purchase and enrollment-information process that can be completed in under 15 minutes for a prepared parent. Curriculum access and learning start dates are separate steps and depend on verified payment and grade-specific material readiness.

Compare seven durations →

Choose duration and grade

Select 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or full school year. Each is a price for one learner in one selected grade and parent-directed materials. The K–12 grade is selected on Stripe's payment page.

Pay on secure Stripe checkout

Review the exact amount, merchant and product name before paying. Stripe handles the transaction and receipt. Do not pay twice if the browser redirect is interrupted; retain your Stripe receipt and use service support.

Provide adult enrollment details

After payment, Stripe returns you to a short ARKTIK form for adult contact, grade confirmation, format and start preference. The form does not ask for student names, diagnoses, addresses of shelters, birth dates or uploaded school records. You receive an ARKTIK request reference upon successful submission.

Independent verification and grade matching

A Stripe session reference in the browser is not proof of payment. ARKTIK separately verifies its successful paid state, the correct seller, purchased term and selected grade; checks the applicable curriculum release and any limits; and resolves mismatch or delivery exceptions before approving access.

Deliver approved materials and instructions

For an approved purchase, ARKTIK supplies grade-specific materials and parent instructions using an authorized delivery method. No automated student portal, same-day delivery time, dedicated instructor, official school transcript, attendance certification, course credit or agency acceptance is promised by a materials purchase.

Support and continuity

Keep the Stripe receipt and your separate ARKTIK request reference. Ask for help with a missing item, grade change, access problem, correction, refund review or next-duration transition through the existing service-support process.

Institutional purchasers. Shelters, courts, school districts and community agencies can request the same term lengths, but multi-learner orders, educational authority, privacy agreements, reports and staffed services require a separate written service scope. Purchasing curriculum does not establish a court-approved service or discharge a school attendance requirement.

Need help completing enrollment?

If you have a Stripe receipt but did not reach the ARKTIK form, do not repeat the payment. Use the existing service help request and cite your order reference only—never include child records in the public form.
