Who We Are

ARKTIK Education | ARKTIK Initiative is a faith-informed, nonpartisan education and family-stability organization. We build print-first and tenant-based learning environments so that children and households can keep functioning when public systems are overloaded, disrupted, or shut down.

Our core delivery platform is a dedicated Microsoft 365 EDU tenant (arktik.education), mirrored by a robust offline curriculum stack. Every course, kit, and guide is designed to work in homes, shelters, churches, and low-connectivity environments—not only in well-equipped classrooms.

Verticals we operate:

  • ARKTIK Campus – K–12 / homeschool / university-prep curriculum and Microsoft 365 digital campus

  • Divorcing Gracefully™ – Family stability kits during divorce and mediation

  • ARKTIK Rain – Truancy and re-engagement support for districts and alternative-ed programs

  • ARKTIK Berg – Crisis learning kits for families in homelessness or rapid relocation

  • ARKTIK MicroFarms & MicroBonsai – Small-scale agriculture labs for food literacy, attention, and stewardship

  • ARKTIK Press & SYNTHETICA – Narrative IP, e-books, and study tools anchoring literacy and reflection

Founder: J Michael F. Morris

J Michael F. Morris is the Founder and Executive Director of ARKTIK Education. Since 2019 he has been a client of Texas Workforce Commission Vocational Rehabilitation after being diagnosed with ALS. Navigating disability, parenting, and work inside public systems has given him a front-row seat to how fragile those systems are—and how much families carry when they start to fail.

He has also walked the pro se path through family-law mediation and court-ordered dispute resolution. That lived experience informs ARKTIK’s Divorcing Gracefully™ framework: education and structure that protect children’s routines and learning while the adults work through their case.

ARKTIK itself was designed as an Ark—parallel infrastructure for learning and household stability in an era of shutdowns, EBT disruptions, and the dismantling of federal education capacity. Under his leadership, ARKTIK integrates K–12 curriculum, family-stability tools, AgriTech labs, narrative IP, and faith-aware formation into a single, coherent ecosystem.
